We are based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and specialise in the Northern Beaches Council local government areas.

ABOUT THE PROCESS

Our services begin with a site visit, in the comfort of your home. Sally will examine how we can bring the dream of your future home to a reality.
We will listen to your requirements and sketch options for you to consider.
We will help make designing your new home or renovation an exciting experience.
We love the challenge involved when helping to enhance your home and improve your lifestyle.

After the initial concept has been agreed upon, Sally will produce plans ready for local council Development Application (D.A.) approval. Our in-depth knowledge of the local council requirements will ensure a smooth passage through this stage.
We can organize all survey plans and certificates for your council application.
After council (DA) approval, we are able to extend our service through the Construction Certificate (C.C.) stage. You will be provided with additional detailed plans (if required) for certification either by council or my recommended private certifier.

Having design skills and building construction knowledge, we understand the role of all contractors involved in the building process. This knowledge is the foundation to knowing what we design can be built efficiently and cost effectively.

When the time is right we can also help you find the right builder for your project.
